Pigeon Lake Historic Sites & Interpretive Centres

Rundle's Mission Historic Site was established in 1847 by the Rev. Robert Rundle on the NW shores of Pigeon Lake. Today it is home to a beautiful hand hewn log lodge with two fireplaces and catering kitchen. In addition, the two bungalows have five semi-private rooms with bathrooms and a kitchen and common area. A great place for family reunions, hostelling, meetings, or retreats. The interpretive boardwalk with natural artesian spring explains the history of the area and is open to the public year round.
